Shop Policies and Shipping Notices

For Christmas delivery, place US orders by December 15th. The USPS won’t stand by holiday delivery for international packages, as the last leg of delivery is out of their hands. November 25th is recommended. 


Packages are generally shipped out Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Postal holidays may cause slight delays. Packages have tracking numbers whenever available. Some countries may not offer tracking once the package leaves the US.

Special Gift Dates and Deadlines:

Please let me know up front when you are ordering an item to give on a special occasion! I can’t make the post move any faster, but I can advise you if getting it there in time is a problem.

For custom commissions, letting me know your project deadline or gift-giving date right away is very important to scheduling the work correctly.

Foreign Customs Fees:

Some countries may tax their citizens for importing artwork and other goods from the US. The buyer is responsible for all customs-related fees and import taxes. Please be aware of your country’s import policies regarding artwork and anticipate these fees.

Insured Packages and Refunds for Damaged or missing Artwork:

All packages are insured through the postal service for the value of the artwork inside. (When available for your destination country.) Refunds for damaged artwork are funded by this postal insurance, so please help me to file the claim in a timely manner. 

If the package arrives damaged you should take photos and/or keep the packaging to prove what has happened at your post office. Please let me know if your package is damaged, and I will file a claim with the USPS to launch an investigation. No one can receive insurance money until an official inquiry is complete.

If the investigation cannot be completed because the customer didn’t cooperate with their post office to file their half of the report, then I cannot issue a refund.


Sales of original artwork are final. Refunds are not offered for original artwork unless a damages claim can be processed (see Insured Packages above).
